Rexanne was a wonderful person and neighbor in the 1990’s. When we moved next door the power and were not on in our home. She somehow managed to get water and power lines from her home to mine. How wonderful. My children were close to her and my family. I could always count on her to be there.
I only knew Roxanna for a short while, but in those 3 or 4 days we talked and laughed for hours and hours, having both been Tampa natives, attending the same schools, and spending our 20s in many of the same places. She had enormous spirit and a zest for living and whenever she is mentioned or comes to mind my smile will be from ear to ear. Matt and I send our condolences to her family who I know will miss her. I only wish we’d been pals back in our youth her times.
