Mary Jane Turner
To the Van Ore Family:
I just found out that Judy's memorial service was Tuesday, September 28. Today is September 30.
I am such a klutz! I just typed a tribute to Judy but my hand hit the mouse and I lost it all before I could share it. I will try to restate what I wanted to say.
I enjoyed reading what everyone had to share about Judy. She was a wonderful person and a beautiful soul. I have known Judy for over 40 years when I went to work in an accounting office as the secretary/receptionist where Judy was also working. She was very kind and it did not take long for us to become fast friends. I have so man wonderful memories and will miss not being able to text or call her to share the latest news.
Judy loved her family above all else. She and Larry raised two wonderful boys and she enjoyed her grandchildren, nieces and nephew too. She was a loving daughter and took good care of her parents in their later years. She really missed her mom after she passed.
Judy enjoyed oil painting, crafting and quilting among other things. Whenever she took on a project she did it very well. She loved decorating. Her homes were always lovely and inviting. Judy enjoyed entertaining and did a lot of it over the years. She was always a gracious hostess.
I am so lucky to have shared so many great memories over the years. I will never forget Judy and what her friendship has meant to me. I do miss her but I know that she is in God's hands now and no longer suffering. She has rejoined her parents, other family members and friends in a wonderful reunion. I will not say goodbye to her but so long until we all see you again.
Love,
Mary Jane Turner
