I worked with Jan for many years at TPD and was very sad when she left. We shared many good times and worked together on our annual March of Dimes Drive to raise money for the babies. Jan was a wonderful and caring person and I know that she is at peace now with the Lord. My sincere condolences to her family as I know there is a great void for them.
My gosh I have so many memories from working at JCPenney back in the 70's to bowling in Tucson and a lot of other tournaments. Had it not been for Jan and Joe introducing me to bowling David and I would never had met. We no sooner got back from out honeymoon and we bowled in a tournament in Ocala and had adjoining rooms and the desk clerk gave Joe the key to the room so that we behaved. When we lived in Tampa we spent almost every weekend with them and Ron and Jayne playing cards, swimming and cookouts, oh such good times. Now Jan has joined Joe and Jayne to play once again. They were the ideal couple and once again they will be together for eternity. I feel truly blessed to have known and shared so many wonderful times with them. Jan was one in a million when it came to friendship and I will never forget her. My heart breaks for Ken and Kristen and their families.
I will miss you ever day Mommy <3
It has been a true Honor to have known Janice. I had the privilege of meeting her when Jeri brought her in many years ago to join the Lakerettes Womens Bowling League at Royal Lanes. She was always a very sweet, kind, compassionate and generous woman who would listen, help, and never judge. Words cannot express the sadness we all feel at Royal Lanes for the loss of your Mother. The one comfort I have is I know she had accepted Christ as her personal Savior and I know I will see her again in Heaven. She loved God, Family, her church and of course everyone at Bowling! We got hugs from her every week. Even though she wasn't feeling well this year, she never gave up and was a great bowler. I was honored to be on her team this year along with Jeri and Betty and she came up with our name of PB & J's for Patty, Betty, Jeri and Janice.
Pretty clever I would say. We will miss our "J".
My love and prayers for you both and the family.

You will be missed. Your eyes sparkled with delight when bowling with your sister. You were a sweet, sweet woman and a friend to all of us. Your light has gone out far too soon. My deepest sympathy is extended to your family.
