We recall with fondness this dear man and his family. He had such a wonderful wit and a contagious laugh. We are comforted because we know He trusted the Lord as his personal Savior and is now in the Lord's presence, in no more pain. It must be wonderful, and we look forward to seeing him again one day.
Well I can’t believe you are gone. Thank you for accepting me into your family and loving me. You were more than my father in law. You were a mentor, friend and rescuer (when Chris was out of town). You were such a special man and you certainly won’t be forgotten by me. I loved your boisterous laugh and your crazy antics! Until we see each other again in heaven!
I was blessed to have you as a father-in-law. You taught me to hunt and always treated me as a son, not a son-in-law. Your presence was always larger than life, but your heart was even bigger. You will be missed greatly here on earth, but we know to be absent from the body is present with the Lord, for those who believe, so we know you are now in paradise without the ailments that you carried in this life.
