I learned that Cecil passed away months after he passed away. I worked with his wife Nita at Piper Aircraft in Vero Beach , Florida and became friends at Piper and outside Piper. After Nita passed away Cecil and I stayed in touch over the years. When I tried to call him around the holidays no phone call would go thru then I knew something was wrong and found his obituary. May he rest in peace. I was glad he was able to join Nita and his granddaughter again.

Cecil was a true friend to so many of us who camped with and served in the military with. Cecil was loved always . I played golf with Cecil daytimes over the years and had such a great time always. I was a Navy Corpsman who severed 18 years attached to the Marines this provided many stores to share. He always told me he had two very special daughters that cared so much for him.
