Not a week would go by that he didn’t call me with a car for sale, Tell me a joke, or just to chat. Him and Debbie were both Huge Hearted people

I'm so sorry for your loss my thoughts and prayers are with all of you thru this difficult time... I will never forget Uncle Billy and all his silliness, funny jokes & stories you could never prepare yourself for what he was about to come up with. You never walked away from him without your face, sides & stomach hurting so much from laughing... I have a lot of fond memories over there thru the years...I spent almost every weekend and just about the whole summers there with my cousin Mandi.... Even though Billy and my Aunt were divorced Billy always considered me his niece and always welcomed me with open arms for that I will be forever grateful...I will always hold the memories in my heart and never forget all the fun times. Don't worry about Mandi or the boys I will always be by her side and theirs Fly High R.I.P. Uncle Billy you will be deeply missed <3

This man was my ROCK!!! He was rough on the outside but the most caring and loving man on the inside. He had a big heart and always willing to help anyone. I cannot even think of a time he was not there for me when I needed him. He always knew how to turn a bad situation into something funny. We had many plans for the future. I promise to stay true to them and make him proud as he watches over me. He was an amazing father and I will cherish all the memories forever. I love and miss you so much!!!
Billy was a second father to me. I have countless memories that I will cherish forever. Sleep overs at Billy's were always a great time!! From driving around in cool cars, fun dinners and movie nights to just everyday living, Billy was always there for me. Sending my condolences to all family and friends of Billy. He is now forever an angel who will look over us all.
