Wendy Eldridge's Obituary
Wendy Diana Eldridge, 55 of Tampa, was taken from us too soon on February 24th, 2026. She took pride in being a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to all who were blessed to know her.
Wendy was the most selfless, generous, free-spirited person that everyone knew. She was outgoing, full of life, loved to have fun and always had the brightest smile on her face with a passionate heart for serving everyone whose life she touched. She was loyal, confident and was always her authentic self. She loved the beach, adventure and making people feel special. She always put others first and when someone asked her to do anything she would say “I got it”. Wendy loved people so deeply just like her mom. She will be missed very dearly every single day until we meet again in heaven.
Wendy was proceeded in death by her mother Patty Green, her mother-in-law Toni Keffer, and her father-in-law Bill Eldridge.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 36 years Sam Eldridge; 2 daughters Ashley (John) Eldridge and Courtney (Devon) Rose; Father Larry Green; 2 Sisters Paula (Frank), Maryann; 1 Brother Danny (Stephanie), 18 Aunts and Uncles, 25 Cousins, 7 Nieces, 9 Nephews, 16 Great Nieces and Nephews and many friends.
She made an everlasting imprint on everyone she left behind.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Saturday, March 7th, 2026, from 11am- 1pm. Celebration of life following the service at 1pm both at Sunset Funeral Home. 11005 N US highway 301, Thonotosassa 33592.
