Vernonia Hassell's Obituary
Vernonia "Pinky" Hassell,68, passed away on December 20, 2021. She was born to Leroy and Milisia Bufford in Charlotte, North Carolina. Vernonia is survived by her loving husband Roderick Hassell; two daughters: Vernondia Reed and Shyvette Hassell; several grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was a beautiful, vibrant soul and will be loved and missed by many. A visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 4 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. A service will be at 11:00 am with a burial following at Sunset Memory Gardens.
