Thomas M Lawson's Obituary
Thomas Mark Lawson, 70, passed away March 4, 2021. He was born in Wethersfield, Connecticut to the late Herbert and Roberta Lawson, and resided in the New England area for over 47 years until he relocated to Plant City. Tom was a member of Northside Baptist Church and owner of Re-Purposed Creations. Tom graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New Haven, CT in 1970. He loved the culinary arts and his passion was woodworking.
Tom is survived by his wife, Debbie Lawson; siblings, Susan Lawton (Walter), Peter Lawson (Colleen); children, Michele Fister (Steve), Jennifer Johnson (Danny), Mike Hildreth Jr. (Shannon), Tanya Preza, Eric Grooms; grandchildren, Nicole Fowler (Ben), Corbin Johnson, Samantha Wildowsky, Katie Johnson, Emily Johnson, Corinne Hildreth, Nicholas Preza, Brandon Preza, Kaiden Shuler; great grand-children, Sawyer Fowler and Scarlett Fowler.
The family will receive friends on March 12, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Northside Baptist Church located at 1700 N. Franklin Street, Plant City, FL 33563. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial Services will be at 3:00 p.m. at Sunset Memory Gardens located at 11005 N. US Highway 301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.
