Theodore Lewis Rowe Jr.'s Obituary
Theodore L. Rowe Jr., aged 67 of the Hillsborough County of Tampa, entered eternal rest on the 20th of March of the year 2026 at 7:27 AM.
He was born on the 5th of March of the year 1959, in the Hillsborough County of Tampa, to Theodore L. Rowe Sr. and Rosalie C. Rowe. He graduated from Leto High School, later earning a higher degree in college before proudly serving six years in the United States Navy as an AT3 aboard the Dwight D. Eisenhower. After his service, he spent his remaining years with his direct family — his mother, his father, his sister and his nephew whilst also enjoying the company of and creating memories with his step-mother, three step-brothers, and the rest of his extended family.
Mr. Theodore was, to many, “the man with the golden heart” and “the light of life itself”. Always seen with a uniquely jolly smile and big rosy cheeks, he could bring joy to anyone he met, and found as much in all things no matter how big or small. A devout christian and pious soul, he knew the Bible like the back of his own hand, always reading and rereading scripture and connecting its myriad of messages to the minutiae of his own life. So great was his generosity and love to see others happy that he made regular donations to his favorite charities, especially to those of his fellow veterans of the United States military.
Like his father before him, he developed a great passion for fishing and to say no fish was left unhooked would be an understatement. Yet for each fish he caught, he made sure to let two go. Such was his appreciation for marine life and the sport itself. Other hobbies of his included collecting and playing the guitar as well as traditional painting, both of which he spent many days perfecting as both talent and craft.
Mr. Theodore is survived by his sister and nephew, Sherry and Clint, his step-mother, Carole, and three step-brothers, Jimmy, John, and Curtis.
