Passed away peacefully on September 10, 2021 at the age of 65. Survived by his loving wife Tammy, daughter Stephanie Mulder (Chris), son Matthew, grandchildren Caleb, Bryce, and Emily. Also survived by his loving mother Donna Henry, 3 brothers and many nieces and nephews. He was loved by all that knew him and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held at Sunset Memorial in Thonotosassa on October 2, 2021 at 11:00 am, followed by the interment in Memory Gardens Chapel.
