Shoaollah Boutorabi MD's Obituary
BOUTORABI, Shoaollah, MD,
90, of Tampa, FL, died peacefully surrounded by loving family on Sunday, August 22, 2021. Shoaollah was born in Iran on December 27, 1930, and retired to the US after practicing medicine for over 40 years, including on the front lines of the Iran-Iraq War. He is predeceased by his parents, one brother and two sisters, and is survived by his wife of 63 years, Farahdokht Avarzamani, and two daughters and their husbands: Sholeh and Philip Campbell of Tampa, and Shadi and Vince Barton of Gainesville, FL. Shoaollah was an avid student of ancient history and archeology, enjoyed Cowboy westerns, and cherished his extended family living around the world. A private service will follow with burial at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family asks that donations be made in his memory to LifePath Hospice, 12470 Telecom Dr., Suite 300, West Temple Terrace, FL 33637.
