Shirin Khosraviani Khorsandian's Obituary
Shirin Khosraviani Khorsandian passed away on June 2, 2022 in Tampa Florida. Graveside services took place on June 4 at Sunset Memory Gardens in Thonotosassa, Florida.
Shirin was born November 22, 1927 the oldest of 6 children in Yazd, Iran. She was married to Khorsand Sheriar Khorsandian in Bombay, India in 1946 where they lived until moving to the United States in 1981. She was an active member of the Tampa community of the Baha’i faith. She enjoyed sewing and needlework and gourmet cooking and entertaining.
She was predeceased by her husband and three siblings. Survivors include her sister Keyan Shahrokh (Khosrow), brother Rustom Rastinehad (Debbie), sons Sheriar (Jan), Asphendiar (Kelly) Ardeshir (Phyllis) and daughter Farah Khorsandian Sanchez (Eduardo). She will be sorely missed by her 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations may be offered in the form of good deeds made in her remembrance.
