Ruth Esther Rios Sierra's Obituary
Ruth E. Rios Sierra, 67, of Seffner, FL went home to her heavenly father on Friday, September 17, 2021. Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Alejandro and Maria (Sierra) Rios. She was always lovingly devoted to her family. Ruth was a woman strong in her faith, reading the bible and singing gospel songs. She was an extremely giving woman; loved to gift and help others. Giving is what brought a smile to her face. She smiled and alot and loved to spoil others alot. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Ruthy Pacheco; and her grandchildren, Christine Roman and Jonathan Roman.
