Ruth Ann Erlendsson's Obituary
Erlendsson, Ruth Jones, 77, of Valrico, went home to her heavenly Father on June 4, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. Ruth was born May 27, 1938 in Chicago, IL. Ruth was a loving wife, mother and a great friend to many. She was a member of St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
She is survived by her very loving and devoted husband, Einar Erlendsson. She was preceded in death by her first husband of 46 years, Paul Jones. Survivors include: sons William Jones (Brenda), Kenneth Jones, Michael Jones (Julie), and daughters Jacqueline Plourde (Chad) and Michele Tyndall (Timothy); grandchildren Jennifer Jones, Amanda Calero, Joseph Plourde, Paul Plourde, Hope Plourde, David Jones, Matthew Tyndall, Jacob Tyndall, one great-grandchild and an extended family that included many children and grandchildren.
A memorial mass will be held on June 13 at 10:00 a.m. at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church with a celebration of life immediately following at Featherock clubhouse, Valrico, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations would be most welcome to PulmonaryFibrosisFoundation.org or LifePath Hospice.
