RIP my dear nephew, My thoughts and prayers to your family. Love you all very much.
Ron was so proud of his kids. Not because they never made mistakes, but because they grew from them. He was a man always with a story. But never a bad word to say about anyone. He could make you laugh like there was no tomorrow, which is why it was so much fun to camp & canoe with him. And that is a story in itself! He loved God & knew that he was forgiven for the mistakes he made in life. He enjoy posting bible verses( many on line friends will miss). I have a lifetime of memories he left with me, but I will miss being able to pick up the phone and call him. I am proud to call him my brother. A man with a heart of gold.
RIP cousin. I'm grateful we had the opportunity to reconnect through social media. Your stories will be missed.
As children living in Chicago, Ronnie was always my defender, he came to my rescue many times. One time we got caught smoking and had to play choo choo train and Ronnie was the engine blowing smoke out as we went in circles. When I got married Ronnie came to my parents home and had a talk with my husband to be and told him he had better take care of me or he would have to answer to Ronnie. Still trying to protect me. I love you Ronnie and you will always be in my heart as my guardian and protector. My sympathies to the family and may God Bless and comfort you at this time.
So many memories over a life time as brothers. When we were young a septic was going to be installed. We decided to use it as a swimming hole. Well after a good time we decided to get out. Wet sides just crumbled and we couldn't get up them. I boosted Ron up then he got the hose so I could use it to get out. When I was going back and forth over seas I usually left my car at home. He drove them and usually something went wrong, My 65 Dodge with a 426 engine ended up in a ditch and was torn up when the drug it out. My 72 Mercury Convertible, I heard. He tried to put the top down or up when moving. Twisted the side arm and broke it. Upset but still loved him. Still my "Little Brother" so no hard feelings. Love and miss you Ron.
