Ricky Max O'Neal's Obituary
Ricky Max O’Neal, 66, of Thonotosassa, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025, with his devoted wife at his side. Ricky was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
He ran his own business, Rick O’Neal Stucco and Stone, which he was very proud of, he loved to garden, sharing his produce with his friends and just enjoying life. He also loved to relax and fish, where he could collect his thoughts and enjoy the peace. He found the same peace and freedom riding his motorcycle, where he could be grounded and fly at the same time. But more than anything else, Ricky loved spending time with his family and friends. Making people laugh and listening when they needed his advice. He always had an ear and a shoulder for whoever needed it. He was a great friend to have.
Ricky leaves to grieve him his beloved wife of 16 years, Catherine; children; Ashley Williams, E.J. Williams, and Malcolm Blake O’Neal; niece, Brandi Mayberry, and several grandchildren.
Ricky was preceded by his parents, Billy and Patsy O’Neal, and his sister, Sharon Lynn Casteel.
In keeping with Ricky’s wishes, his family will celebrate his life privately.
Ricky will be forever missed and always loved by all who were blessed to know him.
