Richard Edward Devoe's Obituary
On October 25, 2021, the world lost a truly humble, free and precious person, but Heaven gained an angel. Richard suddenly passed at 32 years old. He was born and raised in Tampa. He is survived by his mother, Dianna Valdez; stepfather, John Valdez; his brother, David Mason; his sister, Christina Guzman; his two nieces; two nephews; and many other close relatives. Throughout his short life, he managed to shine his vivacious personality, his bright smile and contagious laughter on others around him. Richard traveled the world, enjoyed different cultures, and God's creation, but his truest love was his family that he surrounded himself with. Please join us to celebrate the life of Richard Friday, November 5, 2021. The visitation will be held at 10 am and service will follow at 11 am, at Brandon Fellowship Baptist Church, Brandon, FL .
