Reginald Fountain passed away peacefully on December 13, 2024.
Reginald Fountain, who was born in Gilford, New Hampshire on April 9, 1939, was a kind, loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, and friend.
Reginald Fountain honorably served his country in the Vietnam War, where he earned the respect and admiration of those who served alongside him. He served as a Master Sergeant in the US Army/National Guard for over 33 years. His time serving his country shaped his character and instilled in him a profound sense of duty and responsibility, values he carried throughout his life.
Above all else, Reginald Fountain was known for his kindness, thoughtfulness, and love of family. He always put others first, offering a helping hand to those in need. Whether through small gestures of kindness or heartfelt conversations, he made a lasting impact on everyone he met. As a devoted family man, Reginald Fountain, put family first enjoying all family celebrations, holidays, and Sunday Dinners.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Fountain, his mother, Beryl Dockham Fountain, and his brothers, Richard Fountain and Ralph Fontaine, and son-in-law, Martin Murray.
He is survived by his loving wife, Myrna Fountain, his sister, Ann Goodine, his daughters, Debra Murray and Gail Fountain, and his grand-daughter, Nevar Murray. He is also survived by his bonus family – Gladys (Steve) Renner, Lisa (Buster) Castellano, Rosie (Clayton) Kreis, Anna Castellano Tyson (Robert Tyson), Kurt Renner (Adithi Vemuri), Vincent Castellano (Giulia Izzo Castellano), Cristina Renner, Kylie Kreis (Eddie Ingargiola), and Carter Kreis.
