Ray David Sanchez's Obituary
Ray David Sanchez, 34, passed away March 23, 2016. He was born October 16, 1981 in Houston, Texas. He moved to Tampa in 1987 and was a man of all trades.
David was a loving father to all his children. He was a Catholic and the Godfather of Axle, Angel, and Alex. David’s determination to conquer things was evident when he learned how to drive at only 10 years old. He was a huge Cowboys fan his entire life. He always was the life of the party. He loved to sing, dance, and even entertain his family/friends by pole dancing while BBQing. He was always so cheerful and had a contagious laugh along with a great smile. He never had “friends”, they always became family. He was loved by all who was fortunate to meet him.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Rosendo Sanchez and Josefa Gomez; fiancé, Eva Torres; children, Gissella, Jasmin, Junior, Gisselle, Josephina, and soon to be born twins; niece, Aracely; siblings, Ray Steven Sanchez and Reyna Sanchez; and many cousins, aunts and uncles in Texas and El Salvador.
There will be a visitation on Saturday, April 2nd, 2016 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home, 11005 N. US Highway 301, Thonotosassa, Florida 33592. Funeral will begin at noon followed by interment in Sunset Memory Gardens. Contributions may be made in David’s honor to the Lee Elementary PTA, 305 E Columbus Dr, Tampa, FL 33602.
