Raoul Lamarre's Obituary
On Wednesday, January 18, Raoul Lamarre, a beloved father, passed away at Tampa General Hospital at the age of 78. He had suffered through complications related to Lymphoma. Raoul and his two other siblings, Daniel Lamarre and Tancrede were the sons of Victor and Mizelia Lamarre, he later met the love of his life Françoise LaFleur, and had three daughters: Germanie, Lancy and Roulena Lamarre.
Raoul Lamarre was a construction worker his entire life. Raoul’s favorite Haitian dishes were mai, soup pen, and duri. In addition, his favorite phrases were, “Lew nan metan dlo, Ou pat sote deo pou al pipi,” and “Se geyen fe mare paket.” Raoul Lamarre was always kind, loving, generous, and always put others above himself. He was loved by everyone, including those who didn’t know him personally. He lived a fulfilling life as a loving father and grandfather to all his three daughters and 7 grandchildren: Samilo, Gaelle, Alisha, Christopher, Francis, Abbigail, and Lynaisha. He was cherished by his beloved relatives and friends, Donald, Ashton, Mario, Guy, and Rolland.
