Roger Steinbronn
I met Peter exactly twice in my life. Only a very few minutes each time. He affected my life. I first met him in 1976 (two years before I even met and joined the church).
He was selling something at the Bremer County Fair in Waverly, IA. I had no money.
He was such a striking person that I asked him where was this church so I could find out more about it. He said that his church was not even in the area. He said that God would find me at the right time for me. I asked him his name. He said "Peter Ostrenko".
I re-met him at the Boston Church Center where I was a member, I think maybe 1979. He did not remember me. I definitely remembered him. God works in mysterious ways!
