Peggy J Steen, 89, passed away on September 25, 2021. She was born to Willie and Dona Byers in Fairview, KY on April 27, 1932. Peggy is preceded in death by her loving husband: Paul Steen and brother: Ed Byers. She is survived by her two sons: Gary Steen and Phillip Steen; brother: Harold Byers; three sisters: Austine Seaton, Janet Polk Underwood, and Charlotte Bradley; three grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
