Williams, Otis James Jr., 70, of Seffner, passed away January 24, 2025. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. He will be forever loved and greatly missed.
Otis loved his family; he loved to participate in karate exhibitions, and he loved to go fishing.
Otis was preceded in death by his father Otis James Williams Sr., mother, Thelma B. Williams, sisters; Sandra Rhone; Tina Williams; grandmother; Adel Blue; aunts; Louella Hicks; Amanda Hicks; uncles; John Blue; Slyvester Blue and niece; Kindera Williams.
Otis survived by his wife of 49 years, Debby; his daughters; Tamyka, Markesha and Sierra; his son Otis; his grandchildren, Chylsea, Marquis, Jairus, Tziporia, Jaylen, Legend, Quran, Naisir, Aaron and Orion; great-grands, Lyriq and Lecia. Sisters, Sheila, Sophia and April; brothers; Gregory and Cavin. Aunt, Barbara; uncles, Leroy and James and 99 nieces and nephews.
The home going celebration for Otis James Williams jr. will be held on Saturday 2/8/25 at 11:00am. The viewing will be on Friday 2/7/25 from 5-7. Both will be held at the location below.

We’re requesting the family to wear red and black. Men wear a collared red polo or button up shirt, and black bottoms.
Overflow parking will be in the lot next to Sunset Memory Gardens, look for signs or ask parking attendant.
