Naomi Ruth Borkolder's Obituary
Naomi Ruth Borkholder, 60, passed away January 12, 2018. She was born June 30, 1957 in Manistique, Michigan. She came to Sarasota from Fairview, Michigan in 1968 and attended Palm Grove Mennonite Church. Naomi loved birds, cats, reading, pet sitting and crafting.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Harvey and Katie of Sarasota; sisters, Melodie Vitale and her husband Gary of Louisville, Kentucky; Marty Miller and her husband LaVon of Middlebury, Indiana and Jewel Borkholder of Sarasota; nieces and nephews, David and his wife Liz, Emily, Rebecca and her husband Stephen, Mark, Ashley, Katie and her husband Zac, TJ and his wife Sophie; great nephews, Samuel, Aiden and Jaxon. She was predeceased by her great niece Caroline.
There will be a visitation on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 5-8 pm at the Palm Grove Mennonite Church, 1087 S. Beneva Road, Sarasota. Funeral service will be Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 10:30am also at Palm Grove Mennonite Church. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Mennonite Church Cemetery.
