Mildred Allen's Obituary
Mildred was an avid gardener, she loved
tending to her plants and flowers, if she
wasn’t outside working with nature, she
was reading. She loved her books, she kept
and read or reread every one of them.
She was a master seamstress and upholster,
there was nothing she couldn’t create with a
needle and thread. The beautiful Raggedy
Ann and Andy dolls she made and shared
will be loved and treasured.
She was a devout Christian, who fiercely
loved God, her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband
Jimmy, and son Wayne. She is survived by
her son Charles ( Grace) , sister Penny
(Witt), grandchildren Chad and Stephanie
four great granddaughters, and many nieces
and nephews.
The graveside service will be held on Friday
April 24, 2026 at 11:00, at Sunset Funeral
