O'Loughlin, Michael's Obituary
Michael was born in Concord NH on April 29,1958 - the first born and only son of Harriet M. O'Dell (nee O'Loughlin) and the late Robert J. O'Loughlin. He was raised in Millis Massachusetts and was a proud graduate of Millis High School's Class of 1976. Always creative and excellent with tools - he studied drafting in Worcester before starting a long career in commercial sign manufacture and installation in and around the Boston area.
Mike was an avid reader, enjoyed gourmet and experimental cooking, storyteller and loyal fan of the Patriots and Red Sox. Even when he moved to Florida - he still followed the home teams and traveled to watch whenever they were in town. Above all else, he was a gentle giant - kind and always willing to help any friend in need.
Michael would tell you that his greatest source of joy and pride was being a dad to his son, Devin Brownell. He loved being a father every day of his life.
Michael is also survived by his mother, Harriet O'Dell, his sisters Ann Bertulli (Rob) and Pat Prenderville (John) together with many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private.
