Maria Elena Fuentes' Obituary
We are saddened to announce the passing of our dear Aunt Maria Elena Fuentes 87 born July 31st, 1934 - October 21st 2021.
Elena as she preferred to be called passed away on October 21st of natural cause. She was born in Santiago, Cuba in 1969 she migrated to New York with her family and became a jewelry maker. She lived there for many years with her family and close friends. She lived in Miami then Tampa, which would be her final resting place.
While Maria Elena was never married she lived a full vibrant life, one of eight children in her family. she loved being with her big family.
Her surviving sisters Nieve, Fannie, Charly and many nieces and nephews we will miss her dearly.
