Margaret Zoe Edmondson Frey's Obituary
Margaret "Candy" Frey, 75, passed away October 27, 2017. She was born March 13, 1942 in Syracuse, New York and later adopted by the late James and Elizabeth (Malie) McKinnon. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her 3 sons, Ronald, Randy and James Edmondson.
At just a year old, Margaret and her family moved to Tampa in 1943. She loved to play Bingo, cards, watch game shows (she was twice in the audience on The Price is Right), boating and she loved to spend time with her family and dog, Peaches. Left to cherish her memory are her husband Johnny; daughter, Tammie Shirey of Brandon; son, William Frey and his wife Donna of North Carolina; son-in-law, John Benitez; brother-in-law, Richard Frey of Tampa; grandchildren, Megan Shirey, Joshua Frey, Justin Frey, Nickolas Frey, Bailey Reinolds, and Zoe Reinolds; and one great grandson, Hunter Frey.
There will be a visitation on Saturday, November 4th from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Sunset Funeral Home, 11005 N. US Highway 301, Thonotosassa, Florida. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 followed by interment in Sunset Memory Gardens.
