Larry started every day and ended every night with his favorite phrase “God’s got me”. He was a man of great faith and many talents, if he was not with the family, talking to his brother Jerry he was hanging out with one of his friends or helping someone, he was enjoying one of his many passions. He loved the outdoors, he would live on the bank fishing and loved sharing his catch. He loved gardening, he had a superior green thumb and grew every vegetable you could list and just waited for the harvest. Larry was very passionate about grilling his ribs for everyone in sight. Larry loved listening to all music but was very passionate about old school RnB and was a football fanatic. Larry would act like a little kid going to the fair from all the excitement and anticipation when he knew he was going to a live country concert. Larry had a joyful spirit, he had never met a stranger a day in his life, they were just a friend that he hadn’t met yet. His energy and excitement brought happiness and joy to anyone that was blessed enough to meet him on his journey through life. He was truly loved by many friends and family and will be deeply missed.
Celebration of Life will be on October 12, 2024. Further details to follow.
Larry continuously Prayed for Protection and Salvation for his entire family and friends. He would start his prayer sessions with saying out loud the Our Father Prayer: Matthew 6:9-13
