Kenneth Ralph Oliver's Obituary
Kenneth Ralph Oliver came to us on July 16, 1934, and went home on December 31, 2022.
Ken (AKA Ralphie) was welcomed into Heaven by his loving wife of 49 years, Carol G. Oliver.
He came from a long line of Gloucester fishermen and was the last of an even longer line of four brothers and two sisters.
His green thumb was legendary, as was his “Dirt Farm” during the off-season.
Nobody worked harder, sacrificed more, loved more than Ken. He always gave, even when there was nothing left to give. He was the most wonderful example of a husband, father, grandfather, child of God and friend. Those who knew him were lucky. Those who really knew him were truly blessed.
His faithful service to his church, his family, his children, and his bride was inspiring. We are so proud of him, and the celebration of his life will be without end. His daughters: Kenda and Kali; his grandchildren: Chloe, Emily, Cal, Jack, Alyssa, Brandon, Andrew, and Bradley.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Leukemia Society in Ken’s name and in his son’s name, Russell Tod.
