Kathleen P. Meana, 89, of Tampa, Florida, passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 7, 2018. Kathleen was born November 04, 1929 in Alabama to the late Alex and Gertide Peterson. Kathleen is also preceded in death by her husban Read Obituary
Mrs. Meana what a great lady. She cared about all of us growing up. I remember her and Mr Meana taking us to the pan handle for a skating competition. Mr&Mrs Meana you’re now together thanks for being a part of my life.

My Mom was a strong and loving woman. She out lived my father by 21 years and is now dancing with him in heaven. I remember her telling me about swing dancing with her brother when they were younger, now they can dance forever.
She always did the best she could in all situations. Growing up in the depression, She worked hard as a child, even picking cotton, to help keep her family strong. She loved the water and was always taking us to Gandy beach, Lake Carol and Lithia Spring to go swimming. She made sure we had everything we needed, even to the end.
She will be happy to join her loved ones that have gone before her.
I loved her very much and I'm sure she will continue to guide and protect me.
