Kathleen Lynn Cocco's Obituary
Kathleen “Kathie” Cocco, 72, of Dade City, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 24, 2024. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed.
Kathie loved her family and grandchildren, our dogs Mike and Mo, the Avenue of the Giants in the Redwoods of Northern California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Josephine; her brother, Dale; her brother-in-law, Chuck; niece, Beth; and nephew, Adam.
Kathie is survived by her husband of 48 years, Orly; sons, Nick and Nate; daughter-in-laws, Kelly and Taraneh; grandchildren, Suren, Jackson, Soraya, Isabelle, Maya, Mona, and Sidney; her siblings, Loraine Braschwitz, Betty and Gary Greulich, Dennis and Margie Jennings, and Patti and Bill Lovejoy; sister-in-laws, Maryrose Jennings, and Loretta and Jack Black; brother-in-law, Vincent Cocco and a plethora of nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather for visitation on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, 12 pm to 2pm, with Celebration of Life Service 2pm, at Sunset Funeral Home, 11005 N US Hwy 301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592. Graveside prayer service to follow, at 3pm Sunset Memory Gardens, 11005 N US Hwy 301, Thonotosassa, 33592.
