Jude Nelson Schiereck's Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jude Nelson Schiereck, an eleven-year-old boy whose sweetness brought boundless joy to everyone around him. Jude’s bright smile lit up any room, and his warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Jude was filled with curiosity and creativity. His countless hours building with Lego brought us into his imaginative worlds, and he was always eager to attend his school, 1Voice. Jude was proud of his impressive Pokémon card collection and was quick to claim his title as a Pokémon expert. His love for the outdoors began early— with his first word being "out"— he enjoyed every moment he could spend in nature. He loved to sing, constantly filling the house and car with his joyous voice.
Jude’s positivity was infectious; he was funny, sassy, and clever. He had a gift for connecting with people, always at the ready with a joke or a witty quip that never failed to make others laugh. He was deeply affectionate and cherished the time he spent cuddling with his family. The hugs he gave us, his loved ones, will forever be remembered. Jude shared a special bond with his sister Silvia, who he proudly called his best friend and favorite sibling.
Jude is survived by his parents, David Sr. and Dina, and his older siblings: Adriana, Marissa, Michael, Sophia, and Silvia. He leaves behind his grandparents, Nelson Sr. and Silvia Perez (maternal), Fred Sackett (paternal), as well as his uncles Nel, Jason, Joe, and Mike, and his aunt Tina. He was preceded in death by grandmother (paternal) Sara Joyce Sackett.
Jude’s spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His laughter, love, and light will be sorely missed and never forgotten.
