I may be sharing this memory again. I didn't see it on here. Karen my childhood friend will understand!! Karen W. Always messes up. I said again. Juanita was my Doris Day. I grew up with Karen P. her Daughter in Forest Hills. We were and are best friends. I loved Juanita and I called her and she and her family knew it. My Doris Day. She reminded me of her and she was so immaculate!!Not a hair out of place. I am sooooo glad she was kind enough to take me to tenn. to see Karen's wedding with her son Cal. She made the trip fun .She was a hoot. I loved the trip and she made me feel so at home on the trip and there. I don't remember all I said, but again as a tribute to my dear Doris Day aka Juanita. I loved her and as a single mom I can attest to how hard it must have been being a single mom raising three kids. Her voice I will never forget. I am sure Maybe her kids heard her yell voice lol. I just know her regular voice was just like Doris Day, soft and so feminine. I am repeating myself probably on this memory page. But She is worth every word repeating. I knew her since I was a child. I played in her home. She came to my brother, funeral, who died in a car accident at 18 when, I was 12 with Karen I remember seeing them in a pew. I just say God Bless you Juanita and love to all her family. Karen Waters
