Joyce Sammons Hart's Obituary
Joyce Sammons Hart, 78, Thonotosassa, FL., passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2019. Born January 23, 1941 in Culthburt, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Gladys Sammons.
Survivors include her loving daughters, Penny C. Hart and Deborah L. Scott; her siblings, Buddy Sammons, Tommy Sammons, Therrell Sammons, Lois Higgs, Jane Martin, and Denise Christopher; as well as her grandchildren, Jessica O’Brian, Jennifer Sykes, Patrick Scott and her 8 great-grandchildren. Joyce was also preceded in death by her husband, Wayne E. Hart; her son, Benjamin Tyler Hart; and her grandchildren, Brian Grandruth, David Grandruth, and Amber Flores.
Graveside Service will be held at Sunset Funeral Home, 11005 North Highway 301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592 on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at 10 AM. Visitation will be held at Chapel of Peace Chapel located in the cemetery on Saturday morning at 9:30-10 AM. Flowers are welcome!
