I know Josie from Silversneakers exercise class. She loved to dance, and always had a big smile on her face. She lit up the room with her smile. Josie and her husband Roland are such dear people. Josie ,I am so blessed to have known you, Laurie Green.
Someone so special will always live in our hearts. I'll always remember her enthusiasm and sweet smile in our Silver Sneakers class especially while doing her favorite dance to 'The Cupid Shuffle'. Prayers for her family, Arlene Pernal

We were so sorry to hear about Josie's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Roland,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Josephine and her family were a wonderful part of my family. Cumba Mike was my father’s best man and Josephine’s parents were my sister Natalie’s Godparents.
We shared endless Sunday meals together at which we would listen to Josephine comment on just about any subject.
I will miss her but always cherish the times our families spent together.

In spite of Josie’s health challenges, she was always joyful, witty, and truly delightful! We had many good times together and enjoyed their hospitality when we visited or stayed at their home. Roland was a devoted husband who was so attentive to her and their love was demonstrated in their actions to one another. Josie will be missed, but heaven will have gained an angel.
We pray for peace and comfort for Roland and all the family. May happy memories, the love of family, friends, and their faith comfort and sustain them now and through the future.
