So many stories of Joe helping in one way or another. Be it Sunday school lessons for the kids, song leading, soloist special during family Bible hour, cooking on a Wednesday night summer dinner, fixing someone's broken car, water heater, A/C, electrical. You name it he found a way to fix it. Sharing from God's Word. Knew his Bible. Knew who loved and saved him. I will miss my dear friend, but I am sure he is not missing me, because of who he is beholding today. The Lord Jesus Christ.
Joe was a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, and too others. He was a person that would give you the shirt off his back, if He thaught you needed it worse than He did, If it had not been for His witness of the love of Christ and that of His Beautiful Wife Carolyn, im really not sure if I would have ever rededicated my life to Christ, That was in March of 1985 Not long after We relocated back to Florida, and for that I will be forever grateful to both of them, Rest in peace Big Brother, To Carolyn Aaron, Naomi, Timothy and Phil , Im sorry for your loss and now we all eagerly await that Glad reunion Day, thats comming soon, love you all uncle E.J.
We only met Joe recently at Chapel. We are happy we did, he was a joy to be with. Our prayers go out to all the family at this time of loss. David & Maribeth Cetola
I will miss my man Joe. He was a friend to everyone and a beacon of hope to the downtrodden. It was only recently that I found out he could make a delicious banana pudding. I can’t wait to hear him sing the glories of God in heaven when we shall meet again.
