Pastor Jesus Espinosa's Obituary
Jesus Espinosa, 73, passed away December 9, 2015. He was born December 25, 1941 in Culebra, Puerto Rico to the late Isaac and Ana (Soto) Espinosa. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Maria, Placida and Anna; brothers, Ismael and Eusebio “Sam”.
Jesus was called to be a pastor and ministered since 1978. He was a member of Congregacion De Yahweh Templo El Alfarero for many years. Jesus loved to fix things and make homemade cowboy movies. He was a self-proclaimed inventor and chaplain for the state of CT. He relocated to Hillsborough County in 2003 from Stamford, CT.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years, Luz; children, Miriam, Ruth, Noemi, Jesus Jr, Yvette, Isaac, Liz-Sandra; Jose, Rosa and Nancy; siblings, Teofilo, Carmen, Alberta, Paulino, Sarah, Haydee, Carmelo, Quinto, Jose Luis, Isaac, David, Gabriela, Esther, Tony and Faustino Jr; 20 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews
There will be a visitation on Sunday, December 13, 2015 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home, 11005 N. US Highway 301, Thontosassa, Florida 33592. Funeral service will begin at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.
