To know Jeff was to know that he was a man of strong faith and a devoted husband to his beloved wife Jean. He was our next door neighbor for more than 22 years and a true friend. He'll be missed for his friendship, insightful conversations, and as a man passionate about so many issues he believed in intensely. We'll continue to embrace Jean's friendship, and reminisce about holiday dinners, backyard barbecues, and the occasional chats over the fence.
