By the look on Nanny's face I can imagine that Jamil said something pretty funny. He never missed a beat and did so in such self deprecating style. I remember Jamil driving moms car with Linda when the reverse wasn't working. They were howling away, Jamil in anger and incredulously. Jamil you took the time for everyone around you and never enough for yourself. You cooked for others, played board games with my kids and always held wonderful conversations. I love you cousin. Someday we will see each other again. Until then keep everyone sharp😀
To the Kureshi family, we send our sincere condolences. May fond memories of Jim comfort you at this time. The memory I have of Jim was how he would find a dish that he really liked, and then he would cook it multiple nights in a row trying to perfect it. I believe we were visiting in Memphis, and Jim made Checken Cordon Blue almost every night we were there. When I asked him how he could eat the same meal night after night, he said “Cause it’s good!”. Rest in peace, Jim.
