Jaime Soto-Ruiz passed away on April 12, 2021 in Tampa, Florida. He was born on June 14, 1955 to Ismael and Francisca Soto Ruiz in Lares, Puerto Rico. He is survived by his loving wife: Rosa. A committal service will be held on Friday, April 30 at 10 am at Sunset Memory Gardens.
