Iva Peterson's Obituary
Iva Una Peterson was born October 18th 1961 she passed away Sunday December 13, 2020 at 10:02am.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Mr. Clarence Peterson Junior (Savannah Georgia) and survived by her Mother, Mrs. Mary Francis Peterson.
She was educated in Hillsborough county schools and graduated from King high school. Iva also attended HCC Community college. She worked at the University of South Florida for many years and also worked as a receptionist at Ashley furniture company in Brandon. Iva Accepted the lord at a very young age and at the time of her passing she was a member of Bell Shoals Baptist church in Palm River under the leadership of Pastor Kenny Bass with first lady Teresa Bass. She was a Dedicated Prayer Warrior on the Church Prayer team and a faithful worker with the homeless ministry at the church. Iva loved to smile and Travel, no one was a stranger to her, because she loved people, she had a God given gift as an encourager and she loved to Pray.
She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Lionell Bradley And Malcolm Watts; grandchildren, Ava Watts, Lionell Bradley junior, Deshawn Bradley And Nazareth Bradley, Devoted Sister Lisa Turner, Nelson White, niece Latisha Martin, husband Kendrick Martin; Grand niece and nephew, Negan and Eden Martin (Colorado Springs Colorado) Charles Watts, Elliott Haskins; a lifelong friend, Sister Mary Sails her Church family and a host of friends Jerri Skipper, Marlene Welch, Brother Edward Sampson, Sister Aida Ashe, Sister Lydia Cora, Jackie Lovett, Sheryl Williams, Kimmy Smith, Nora Nevels, (Savannah Georgia) Jimmy Ellis, (Savannah Georgia) Tammy, Teresa and Wanda Lock, Stacey Bell, Mr. Al, Phillip Ransom, Jewel Peele, Valerie Watford, Pat Herrod, Vivian, Jack, Sean and Nicky Williams, Teresa Sykes, Terry Hubbard, Tony Frazier, Ms. Bell and son Delbert Bell, Dan Turner (Maryland).
