Henriqueta F. Morales
72, of Mulberry, passed away from natural causes on Friday, June 30, 2023. She was born on July 7, 1950, in Karnes City, Texas, to Jesus and Genoveva Flores. She married Lupe Morales in the 60’s until his death in 1993.
Henriqueta was an agricultural worker prior to being a homemaker. Her interests included cooking, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren. She avidly followed the Lord and consistently prayed. During her time, she touched many lives and will be deeply missed by friends and family.
Those preceding in death were her sisters Isabel, Geneva, Mary, Connie, and Stella. She is survived by her children David, Susie, Lupita, Maria, Delfino, Isabel, Jesse, Johnny, and Danielle; her five siblings Elena, Lucy, Juana, Manuel, and Lisa; 48 grandchildren; and over 40 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. The following day, mass will occur Thursday, July 6, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. within St. Clement Catholic Church. Burial will then take place at Sunset Memory Gardens from 1 to 2 p.m.
Flowers, condolences, and prayers are welcome. Family may celebrate Henriqueta’s life by bringing memory items or her favorite things to be placed on a remembrance table during visitation.
