Hector Alonso's Obituary
Alonso of Tampa Florida passed away peacefully among family on August 27, 2020. He was 93 years old.
Hector was born in Havana Cuba on June 15, 1927. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Maria Alonso and his five children Hector Alonso, Jose Javier Alonso, David Alonso, Daniel Alonso and Anna Maria Alonso.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a devoted Christian and a man of God. His top priority in his life was God and his family. He loved animals and nature. He was a man of man talents a professional diesel mechanic. He also had a passion for cars and trucks and fixed up many cars in his lifetime. He was an amazing man, hard worker and an excellent role model. He taught his sons excellent work ethic and was always willing to help all those in need with a smile on his face. He was always happy to see you and he saw the best in everyone. He will truly be missed by all who know him and heaven has gained an angel. He will continue to live in the hearts and minds of all who loved him.
A graveside funeral service will be held in Sunset Memory Gardens on Wednesday, September 2nd, at 10:00am. The family will receive visitors for a viewing and memorial service one hour prior in the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel from 9:00am to 10:00am.
