Frank was a good man who had the respect of his coworkers. I went to training class with him, and I can tell you he always had a smile and always held onto a great sense of humor my deepest and most sincere condolences to Frank's family he will be missed.

Frankie was always friendly and respectful to me. He was always encouraging us via Facebook and letting us know “si se puede” “you got this”. When he announce of his diagnosis he reached me out via massenger and ask me to pray and interceded for him. I watch and pray and let him know Inwasnpraying. My condolences to loveoness, Lidu, Norma, Edwin, his wife and friends! He is now walking on streets of gold in the presence of the Lord. Blessings!
My most vivid memory of my cousin Frankie is from a trip he and his mother, Tia Lidu, took me on to upstate New York to visit my father. It was a long bus ride so we had a lot of time to talk. It was fun debating religion with him. He was a devout Christian and I am not but we were able to find some common ground. He also was a good son because most teenage boys (he was 17) wouldn't volunteer to go on a six hour bus ride (twelve round-trip) with their mother just to visit an uncle.
