Felicita V Ruiz's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Felicita V. Ruiz, age 91, on April 26th, 2023. Felicita (also known as Fela) was a kind, loving, and generous soul who preached the gospel and inspired the lives of everyone she met.
Felicita was born on December 30, 1931, to her parents, Pablo & Ramona. Felicita was the embodiment of a Christian women to all who knew her. She spent most of her life praying for others and she would occasionally spend her weekends on a public street corner with a sign that said, “Jesus Loves You” and “Jesus Saves Lives”.
Felicita was preceded in death by her parents, Pablo & Ramona, her brother Jose, her sisters, Margarita, Elisa, Gloria, Evelyn. Her husband Guillermo, and her granddaughter Sonia Perazo. She is survived by her daughters, Sonia, and Mirna, whom she was very proud of. She also is survived by Ismael, her son and her sisters Milagros and Carmen, whom she loved unconditionally. Felicita was also a wonderful grandmother to her 15 grandchildren, and 33 great grandchildren.
A celebration of Felicita’s life will be held at 1:00 pm on May 2, 2023, at Iglesia De Cristo Misionera Mahanaim located at: 10902 N. Armenia Ave, Tampa, FL 33612
Felicita will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her kind heart, infectious smile, and positive spirit will live on in the memories of those she touched.
