She resided in Michigan for 33 years where she worked and proudly retired from General Motors. She then moved to Florida in 1992 and lived out the rest of her years in Tampa with family. Elcira lived a full life and truly achieved the American Dream.

The greatest joy of Elcira’s life was spending time with her family and raising her children and grandchildren. Elcira genuinely exuded love and made many friends as a result. Anyone who came through the doors of her home were treated like family. Elcira had a passion for cooking and loved watching her family and friends appreciate her creations. Somehow, she never followed a recipe, but the food was always incredible. Elcira will be missed for her loud and outgoing personality, in addition to her ability to make anyone laugh. Elcira enjoyed listening to music, especially Isabella Pantoja.
Elcira wanted to be remembered with love and laughter. She would not want you to be sad but rather to live life to the fullest in her memory.
