Delbert Cater Jr. aged 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Cater was Born October 8th, 1959 in Denver, Colorado to parents Delbert Floyd Cater Sr. and Eileen Brown. Delbert Cater Jr. is survived by his wife Tonia Cater, his son Delbert Cater III, and daughter Crystal Cater as well as a grandson who was his pride and joy, Nicolas Davidson. his family describes him as a loving husband, excellent father and amazing grandfather who was a good cook, and jack of all trades as well as being a United States Army veteran.
