Deborah Elizabeth Adkins' Obituary
Deborah Elizabeth Adkins, (nee, Ashby), 67, died 8/28/2019 of Covid-19 complications. She was born on 3/1/1954 in Tampa, Florida and attended local schools, including Sacred Heart Academy and Chamberlain High School. She was predeceased by her husband, Ray Adkins, both parents, Theodore Ashby and Dorothy Hausl, and two siblings, Robley and David (Sr) Ashby. Deborah is survived by her son, Norman Anthony Palumbo, III and wife, Julie and two grandchildren, Eva and Alex. Surviving siblings include Paul Ashby, Janice Ashby, Donald Ashby (Rosemary), and Sharon Trumbull. Deborah is also survived by nieces Deborah, Heather, Jennifer, and Azuree, as well as nephew, David (Jr). Her life was full of creative endeavors including designing interior plant-scapes, floral arrangements, and interior décor. Her final years of employment were focused in After School Care and Teacher’s Aide programs, which included many years at Christ the King Catholic School. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM on November 15, 2021 at Sunset Memory Gardens Cremation Garden.
